RESOLVE: East (2018-19) was a previous RESOLVE project. For information on current projects see RESOLVE: New Youth Order and RESOLVE: West
RESOLVE:East was a reconciliation youth exchange & network programme, which aimed to use the power of Conflict Resolution tools such as Simulation Games, Sport for Peace and wider reconciliation tools and learning to resolve local and community-level conflicts which especially affects young people today.
RESOLVE:East was a small European-wide partnership involving 4 partners in total, 2 Programme countries and 2 Partner countries. Four youth exchange activities will take place in London, UK; Tbilisi, Georgia; Sarajevo, B&H; Istanbul, Turkey.
Throughout the activity, young people not only participated in a unique transnational learning activity, but also developed leadership and team-working skills, social action and citizenship outlooks and a wide range of competences, essential for their communities, their country and Europe.
Asfar and partners aimed for RESOLVE:East and specifically the RESOLVE brand and concept to become a full scale methodology and project strategy ensuring a range of successor programmes both through EU funding and wider networks. RESOLVE:West is the direct successor to RESOLVE:East
RESOLVE:East was funded by Erasmus+
