RESOLVE is Asfar’s team that focuses on Sport for Peace and conflict resolution programmes in the Caucasus, the Middle East and the Balkans.

Although RESOLVE has cross-over goals and objectives with Asfar, its primary function is to deliver international Sport for Peace and Sport for Development programmes, while also providing unique experiences for young people through it youth-led opportunities, transnational youth activities and its project development voluntary opportunities.

Utilising the power of Sport, RESOLVE aims to build dialogue in post-conflict regions; overcome community-level conflicts; promote gender equality; and fight all forms xenophobia and social stigmatisation.

About us

RESOLVE, is Asfar’s team which delivers a number of Reconciliation programmes in the Caucasus, the Middle East and the Balkans.

Although RESOLVE has cross-over goals and objectives with Asfar, its primary function is to deliver international Sport for Peace, Reconciliation and Dialogue projects, while also providing unique experiences for young people through transnational youth activities and its project development voluntary opportunities.

RESOLVE aims to build dialogue in post-conflict regions; overcome community-level conflicts; promote gender equality; and fight all forms xenophobia and social stigmatisation, through the promotion of Conflict Resolution tools developed through the RESOLVE methodology. Through RESOLVE programmes  young people are encouraged to take what they learn and implement Social Actions in their communities, further extending the impact of RESOLVE.
